Water intake:
This one is a no brainer. Drinking a lot of water is good for many reasons. It helps regulate and flush toxins out of the body. Keeping kidneys flushed is always a plus.

Drinking cold water as well is always good as the body burns more calories exerting to warm the water to body temperature.
